STEP 1 - Gather U.S. Passport Application Documents

A. COMPLETE PASSPORT APPLICATION (Form DS-82)

The DS-82 Application should be completed and signed.

B. MOST RECENT U.S. PASSPORT

  • Your most recent passport must have been issued less than 15 years ago
  • Your most recent passport must have been issued when you were under 16
  • Your most recent passport is not damaged

C. TWO (2) IDENTICAL PASSPORT PHOTOS

2 Passport photos provided on premises for $9.00. (Our low rate)

D. PROOF OF TRAVEL

You must provide a copy of one of the following:

  • Copy of round trip airline tickets, reservations, e-tickets, cruise tickets
  • Printed itinerary showing travel plans to a foreign destination
  • If this is a business trip, a business letter signed by your employer on company letterhead requesting an expedited passport from the passport agency is needed. Click here for a sample business letter.
E. LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

This is the release letter authorizing It's Easy, Inc. to submit the paperwork and collect the passport on your behalf. This Authorization Letter (PDF) must be printed, signed and dated by the applicant.

F. IT'S EASY, INC. ORDER FORM

All applicants must complete and submit the It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your passport order.

G. SERVICE FEES

1. Government Fees

  • Make one check or money order payable to "US Department of State" for $135.00 for rush services and $75.00 for non-rush (government processing fees)
    • Write your date of birth on the check
    • Starter Checks and 3rd Party checks are UNACCEPTABLE

2. It's Easy, Inc. Service Fee & Return Shipping Fee

    The It's Easy, Inc. Service fee can be paid by Money Order, Company or Personal Checks (no starter checks).
    Choose one service below.

    • $35 - Non Rush Mailout Processing
    • $100 - 1 Week Processing
    • $150 - 4 Days Processing
    • $175 - 2 Days Processing
    • $250 - Next Day Early Pickup

    For return shipping of your passport, choose one of the following:

    • A prepaid, filled in airbill from either Federal Express, UPS or DHL
    • Include $25 for overnight delivery
    • $25 for Saturday delivery
    • $30 for First Overnight delivery

Step 2 - Ship Documents to It's Easy, Inc.

    Ship the following via Fedex, UPS, or DHL only:

  • Form DSP-82
  • Your most recent passport
  • Two Passport photos
  • Proof of Travel
  • Letter of Authorization
  • The $135.00 check or money order to "U.S. Department of State"
  • Payment for the expediting + shipping fees to "It's Easy, Inc."
  • It's Easy, Inc. Order Form

Please ship your package via Fedex Priority Overnight, UPS Next Day, DHL Next Day 10:30 am or DHL Same Day service only. Do not use U.S. Postal Service Express Mail to ship the items listed below.
