  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)

  3. (1) Passport-sized photo
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES FOR TOURIST TRAVEL

  • The Consulate fee is $142.00
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fee is $45.00 (Next Day).
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  2. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 8 months)
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Brazil Visa Application.
  4. (1) Passport-sized photo
  5. Copy of itinerary
