  1. Itinerary of travel arrangement provided by travel agent or a hotel reservation in Mainland China (including the applicant’s name, date, hotel name, address and phone no.)

  2. Round Air Ticket to and from Mainland China (Both original and copy)

  3. Certificate of  Financial Guarantee (such as latest banking certificate or statement, letter of sponsorship, etc.)

  4. Proof of Vacation by your employer

  5. Invitation letter from your relative or friend in Mainland China (original or fax copy).
    (it must specify your name; name, address and telephone number of the sponsor, relationship between the two; duration and the same address of your stay)

  6. Previous record of visiting Mainland China or former Chinese passport

  7. Completed Visa Application Form

  3. Business invitation letter from Mainland China (original or fax copy) (the letter must specify your name; sponsor’s name & position; his company’s name, address & telephone; purpose & duration of visit and same address of your stay etc.)

  4. Confirmation letter from your employer in the United States (The letter must specify the applicants name & position, the employer’s name & position, the company’s name, address & phone number, also purpose, time duration and person or company to visit, and guarantee for expenses in China, etc.)

  5. License of your company

  6. Proof of cooperation between your company and Chinese counterpart (such as agreement of intention, contract of deal, etc.)

  7. Visa Notice from an authorized department of China (by provincial or municipal foreign affairs office or economic & trade office, fax copy acceptable)

  8. Previous record of visiting Mainland China or former Chinese passport

  9. Completed Visa Application Form

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $130.00 for one week turn around, $150.00 for next day and $160.00 for same day.
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fees are $45.00 for next day and $70.00 for same day
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid air bill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.

    1. Money Order, Company or Personal Checks (no starter checks) payable to It's Easy, Inc. for (Consulate fee, It's Easy, Inc. service fee and Shipping Fees). Use Consulate fees chart above and include It's Easy, Inc. Service fee and Shipping Fee to determine price.
    2. Valid Passport
    3. (1) Completed Visa Application
    4. (1) Identical Passport Photo
    5. Copy of Itinerary
    6. Invitation from company in China, if applicable
    7. Business letter, if applicable
