The following applies for Non U.S. Citizens:

TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. Green Card or Visa Status
  3. (2) Passport-sized photos
  4. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the France Visa Application.
  5. Plane Tickets (original)
  6. Proof of Hotel Reservations
  7. Proof of International Health Insurance (applicant must provide a copy of the insurance card)
  8. Copy of Itinerary
  9. A letter from your employer/school written on school/corporate letterhead detailing that your leave of absence (vacation) is granted, how long you have been employed, and that you are expected to return to your current job.
  10. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. Green Card or Visa Status
  3. (2) Passport-sized photos
  4. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the France Visa Application.
  5. Plane Tickets Original
  6. Letter of invitation from company in France, with applicants name and passport number. The letter must indicate nature of business, name of contact in the company, lenth of stay with specific entry and departure dates.
  7. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  8. Proof of Hotel Reservations
  9. Proof of International Health Insurance (applicant must provide a copy of the insurance card)
  10. Copy of Itinerary
  11. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $80.00
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fees is $45.00
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.
