TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Georgia Visa Application.
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. A letter of invitation is required form your host in Georgia.
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Georgia Visa Application.
  4. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. If you are applying for a 10-year visa, your company must request it in writing. Click here for sample business letter.
  5. Letter of invitation from company in the Georgian Republic. The letter must be confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Georgian Republic.
  6. Copy of Itinerary
  7. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

    The Consulate fee is $50.00 for a 1-month Visa or
    The Consulate fee is $40.00 for a 14-day Visa
