The following applies for U.S. and Non-U.S. Citizens:

TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Ghana Visa Application.
  3. (4) Passport-sized photos
  4. Copy of airline ticket
  5. International Certificate of Vaccination required for Yellow fever. The certificate may be obtained from your doctor.
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  2. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6months)
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Ghana Visa Application.
  4. (4) Passport-sized photos
  5. Copy of airline ticket
  6. International Certificate of Vaccination required for Yellow fever but cholera is also recommended. The certificate may be obtained from your doctor.
  7. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $50.00 for single entry or
    The Consulate fee is $80.00 for multiple entry
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fee is $45.00
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.

    1. Money Order, Company Check; Personal Checks acceptable for one week service only (no starter checks) payable to: It's Easy, Inc. for (Consulate fee, It's Easy, Inc. service fee and Shipping Fees).

    4. (4) Passport-sized photos
    5. Copy of airline ticket
    6. Business Letter, if applicable
