The following applies for U.S. Citizens:

TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Indoneisa Visa Application.
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. A letter of invitation is required form your host in Indonesia.
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficent blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Indonesia Visa Application.
  4. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  5. Copy of Itinerary
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $35.00 single entry (30 days stay)
  • The Consulate fee is $60.00 single entry (60 days stay)
  • The Consulate fee is $75.00 multiple entry (60 days stay) - Busines Travelers ONLY
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fees is $45.00
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.

    1. Money Order, Company Check; Personal Checks acceptable for one week service only (no starter checks) payable to: It's Easy, Inc. for (Consulate fee, It's Easy, Inc. service fee and Shipping Fees).
