The following applies for both U.S. and Non U.S. Citizens:

TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Kenya Visa Application.
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (2) Identical Passport Photos
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Kenya Visa Application.
  4. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates and business contact in Kenya. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  5. Copy of Itinerary
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $50.00 for single entry
  • The Consulate fee is $100.00 for multiple entry (Business Travelers ONLY)
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fees are $125.00
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.
