TOURIST TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Nepal Visa Application.
  3. (2) Identical Passport-sized photos
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Nepal Visa Application.
  3. (2) Identical Passport-sized photos
  4. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  5. Copy of Itinerary
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.
