  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)

  3. (3) Passport-sized photos
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)

  3. (3) Passport-sized photos
  4. Copy of itinerary
  5. Business letter of invitation from company in Russia must be stamped by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.
  7. For a multiple entry business visa, Consulate requires HIV test results.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.
