The following applies to U.S. Citizens:
Your passport must be valid. The passport expiration date must be greater than 6 months from the date of entry. If your passport does not meet the necessary requirements or if you do not have a valid U.S. Passport, go to Passport Services to obtain a passport.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:
- Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
- (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Philippines Visa Application.
- (1) Passport-sized photo
- Copy of itinerary
- Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
- Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.
SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- The Consulate fee is $45.00
- It's Easy, Inc. service fee is $45.00
- The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
- You may deliver the documents in person.
