  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (1) Passport-sized photo
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Tanzania Visa Application.
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information that is used to help accurately process your visa order.

BUSINESS TRAVEL:

  1. Valid Passport with sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (expiration date should be greater than 6 months)
  2. (1) Passport-sized photo
  3. (1) Completed Visa Application. Click here to download, print, complete and sign the Tanzania Visa Application.
  4. Copy of Itinerary
  5. Business letter on corporate letterhead with entry and departure dates. The letter should state that the company will assure financial responsibility. Click here for sample business letter.
  6. Completed It's Easy Order Form (PDF). The form gives our company information which is used to help accurately process your visa order.

SERVICE & RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • The Consulate fee is $55.00 for single entry (2 months stay)
  • The Consulate fee is $205.00 for single entry (6 months stay)
  • The Consulate fee is $400.00 for multiple entry (12 months stay) - BUSINESS ONLY
  • It's Easy, Inc. service fee:
    • 5 Business Day Service - $75.00
  • The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill
  • You may deliver the documents in person.
