REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER ZIMBABWE
Tourist Visa
- Submit your U.S. Passport, valid at least 6 months beyond the stay
- 2 Visa Application Forms, completed and signed
- 2 required
- Please specify single entry or double entries required
Business Visa
- Submit your U.S. Passport, valid at least 6 months beyond the stay
- 2 Visa Application Forms completed and signe
- 2 Passport-type photographs required
- Please specify single entry or double entries required
- A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Zimbabwe, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
The letter must state all of the following
- The nature of the business to be performed
- The name of the business reference to be visited
- Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
- Guarantee return transportation to the USA.
- The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

- Same Day/Next Day Service - $105.00
- 3-5 Business Day Service - $75.00
- 1 Week/Non Rush Service - $45.00
The Shipping fees are $25.00 for Overnight Delivery, $35.00 for Saturday Delivery or prepaid airbill.
You may deliver the documents in person.
- Consular Fee:
$60.00 Per Visa - Single Entry valid for stay up to Three Months
$75.00 per visa - Double Entry valid for stay up to Three Months
$95.00 per visa - Multiple Entries valid 6 months from issue date for stay up to 3 months.
Add $20.00 Per Visa to Consular fee for 1-2 day rush processing.
- Include a check or money order payable to "It’s Easy Inc." for handling fee per visa, plus Embassy Consular Fee per visa, and return FedEx.
